At Tweed Coast Security and Blinds, the safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our priority. We are actively monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe. These are the steps we are taking at Tweed Coast Security and Blinds.
Aligning with public health authorities
We are closely monitoring updates regarding COVID-19 and will continue to seek guidance from public health officials and government agencies on an ongoing basis.
Protecting our customers and employees
During this time we will do our utmost to continue to give you the best service. However, because our employees interact with customers we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus.
We review the general health of our staff on a daily basis. We have protocols in place to inform about hand hygiene, disinfection and appropriate procedures based on recommendations by government and health agencies. Our installers have gloves to wear if requested by the customer. We will respect the current recommendation of 1.5m social distancing which may require the customer to move to another room whilst installation is in progress.

Office and Showroom Opening Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday
