Recently we had some renovations done and thought that the old diamond grill security door was looking a little tired... and dated. We contacted Julie from Tweed Coast Security and Blinds to arrange a quote and consultation on our options for replacing the security door, adding additional security screens to windows, and to repair/rejuvenate our existing vertical blinds. From the get-go Julie was nothing but pleasant, informative and professional. Julie offered several options highlighting the pros and cons of each product range. After the consultation and deciding on their SecureView screens, for the front door and two front windows, Julie set to taking measurements to get us underway. Shortly thereafter we received a phone call to tell us our custom manufactured door and screens were ready for installation. The installer arrived at the designated date/time and, not only was the installation completed in a speedy and efficient manner, they also offered to replace the locks on the other existing security doors which meant we didn’t have to deal with different keys for different doors. Customer service truly is alive and well at Tweed Coast Security and Blinds from beginning to end. I would happily recommend Tweed Coast Security and Blinds to anyone looking for new or replacement screens, doors, or blinds and seeking the added bonus of a pleasant and painless experience.
